4 TFM - Act despite the Voice of Insecurity

It’s time to think about how we feel and what we think.
Quotes, inspirational and motivational prompts are an important tool.

Remember:

This Transformation emphasizes action. The focus is on building the courage to pursue goals even in the presence of negative emotions and internal dialogues. It integrates skills from Transformation 1, 2, and 3.

Important Note: The distinction is that Transformation 4 is about acting despite it, and

  • builds on: disregarding and even soaking in the negativity (Transformation 1, Ignore the Voice of Security), and entertaining it (Transformation 2, Use the Voice of Insecurity for amusement and inspiration), and boosting positivity (Transformation 3, Let the Voice of Security be your guide),
  • but is not yet about, understanding it (Transformation 5, Befriend your Inner Voice).

These Prompts will help you do this! 
We suggest you only pick one prompt that matches the week (1-4) and day for each month.

week 1

Don’t wait for perfect. Progress over perfection.

Fear is a feeling, not a fact.

The voice of insecurity is loudest before you start.

Courage is feeling fear, and doing it anyway.

Small steps add up to big journeys.

The first step is the hardest. You can do it.

Don’t let doubts stop you from trying.

Action cures fear.

week 2

Sometimes the bravest thing is just to begin.

“What if I fail?” Oh, but what if you fly?

Don’t analyze, ACT.

Done is better than perfect.

Fear says “What if?” Action says “Let’s find out!”

What’s one small action you can take today? Do it.

Progress happens outside your comfort zone.

Inaction breeds doubt. Action breeds confidence.

week 3

Don’t let “someday” become “never.”

The only way to silence the voice of insecurity is to act.

Don’t wait for confidence. Confidence comes from doing.

What’s your first step, even if it’s a baby step?

Every “I can’t” is an opportunity to prove yourself wrong.

It’s okay to feel the fear, do it scared.

You are stronger than your excuses.

Regret of inaction is worse than the fear of trying.

week 4

Doubt whispers, action shouts.

Don’t wait to feel brave, act brave.

Between you and your goal is one step. Take it.

Replace “I’m not sure” with “I’ll figure it out.”

The voice of insecurity will always be there. Don’t let it drive.

The biggest risk is not taking any risk.

You’ve already survived 100% of your bad days. This is just another one.
