Once upon a bright and sunny day, Inse, a shy and timid boy, received exciting news from his teacher: he was chosen to give a speech in front of his whole class! Inse was nervous and scared, and his mind was filled with negative thoughts and worries.
That night, as Inse lay in bed, he shared his fears with his older sister Curity, who always listened to him and understood him. Curity reminded Inse of the five transformations, and together they decided to use them to help Inse overcome his stage fright.

The next day, Inse stood in front of his class, took a deep breath, and began his speech. He spoke with confidence and clarity, using the fifth transformation to befriend his two inner voices and embrace both the good and bad aspects of life.
After his speech, Inse received a big round of applause from his classmates, and he felt proud and happy. He knew that he had used the five transformations to overcome his stage fright and achieve his goal.
Inse and Curity hugged each other, feeling grateful for their strong bond and for the power of the five transformations. As they fell asleep that night, they knew that they could overcome any challenge together, as long as they listened to their inner voices and believed in themselves.
