As the sun began to set and the sky turned into a warm shade of orange, Inse and Curity sat together on the grassy hill overlooking their neighborhood. Inse watched as the other kids played outside, feeling a little envious of their carefree laughter and joy.
Curitycould sense Inse’s unease and asked him what was wrong. Inse mumbled about how he wished he could play too, but he had so much homework to do. Curity listened patiently and then smiled at him.
“Do you want me to help you with your homework, Inse?” Curity asked.
Inse looked at her in surprise. “You would do that for me?”
“Of course!” Curity replied. “I want you to succeed, and I know you can do it.”
So they sat down together and Curity taught Inse about goal-setting. She helped him create a plan to achieve academic success, breaking down his homework into smaller, manageable tasks. Inse felt a sense of relief wash over him as he realized that he didn’t have to do it all at once.
The next day, Inse woke up early and got to work on his homework. He remembered what Curity had taught him and focused on one task at a time. He felt a sense of pride as he completed each task, and by the end of the day, he had finished all of his homework.
When Curity saw Inse later that day, she gave him a high-five and a big hug. “I’m so proud of you, Inse!” she said.
Inse smiled and felt a sense of accomplishment. He realized that with Curity’s help, he could overcome his insecurities and achieve anything he set his mind to.
As they sat on the grassy hill watching the sunset, Inse turned to Curity and said, “Thank you for helping me, Curity. You’re the best big sister ever!”
Curity hugged him tightly and replied, “Anytime, little brother. That’s what family is for.”
The two siblings continued to sit on the hill, enjoying the peaceful scenery and each other’s company. Inse felt grateful for his sister’s support and knew that he could always count on her to help him through any challenge that came his way.
