Inse and Curity: Focusing on the Future

Share Adventure

The stories age 4+ are deliberately written in language that is understandable for parents. So extra explanation is (intentionally) required while read the bedtime story. This creates more intense parent-child relationship.

It was a bright and sunny day, and Inse woke up feeling excited about going to school. He had a new pencil case and was eager to show it to his friends. However, as the day went on, he found it harder and harder to pay attention in class. His mind kept wandering, and he couldn’t concentrate on what his teacher was saying.

Inse started feeling worried and anxious, and his sister Curity noticed that something was wrong. She asked him what was bothering him, and Inse told her about his trouble with focusing in class.

Curity listened carefully and then explained to Inse about the two voices that people have in their heads: the voice of insecurity and the voice of security. She told him that it was normal to feel insecure sometimes, but it was important to listen to the voice of security and believe in oneself.

Inse tried to remember what Curity had told him, and the next day, he tried some of the techniques she had suggested to help him stay focused. He took deep breaths, closed his eyes for a few seconds, and then opened them again, feeling refreshed.

He also tried to find ways to make learning more fun, like drawing pictures to go with his notes or asking his teacher questions. Inse found that when he was engaged in what he was learning, he could pay better attention.

As the days went by, Inse practiced listening to the voice of security, and he started feeling more confident in his abilities. He no longer felt worried or anxious about going to school.

One day, Curity asked Inse how he was doing, and he told her that he was feeling much better. Curity smiled and told him that she was proud of him for trying his best and for never giving up.

From that day on, Inse knew that he could always rely on the voice of security to guide him through any challenges that he might face.

And as Inse drifted off to sleep that night, he felt happy and content, knowing that he was loved and supported by his family.

The End.
